Method: 1. Put the sherry, spring onions and ginger in a bowl. 2. Add chicken and toss well to coat. Leave to marinate in the bowl for 15 minutes. 3. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan. 4. Add celery, mushrooms and the green pepper. Stir-fry for one minute. 5. Add the chicken and marinade and cook for 3 minutes. 6. Stir in the soy sauce and lemon rind. Cook for one minute. 7. Garnish with lemon slices and serve hot. 8. Chinese Lemon Chicken is ready.More reciies |
